This is a warehouse conversion which has eccentric design of home furniture inside the peculiar building. It is located in Abbotsford, a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Old factory warehouse has been renovated into an artistic modern living home by remaining the original architecture design for the exterior and interior. Red bricks construction tells that it is an outmoded building with some remodeled windows and door frames. The combination of old-fashioned and contemporary furniture makes the interior design having a messy but stylish setting. By the couch, beautiful beach landscape serves the eyes with a pleasant look. This open air space lets the gentle sea breeze to fill the atmosphere under the blue sky. Checking into the inside home, white scene is the main sight of the interior, but this monotonous color supports the contemporary style of the design. The House project has presented a unique modern architecture designed by Metropolis, Lima-based studio. It was finished in December 2009 for a total budget $250,000 on 2,475 square foot and situated in Peru, exactly the Palabritas Beach. This house design is combination of curve and sharp corner construction. The unfenced yard provides a nice green view of the grass gives the contrast for the white building.
