The House project has presented a unique modern architecture designed by Metropolis, Lima-based studio. It was finished in December 2009 for a total budget $250,000 on 2,475 square foot and situated in Peru, exactly the Palabritas Beach. This house design is combination of curve and sharp corner construction. The unfenced yard provides a nice green view of the grass gives the contrast for the white building. A big gray tube greets every eye which looks at the facade by the white background wall.
Turn in over the other side to the house rear, stylish ornamental arch in curvy shape looks elegantly decorating the back exterior. A small red framed swimming pool strikes the eyes for the bright red curvy frame under white and filled with the blue. It is a cute modern architecture design with the ornamental curved concrete in long white wall of the house side. The bright red couch also supports the reddish accent in the back open space.
Going upstairs to the second floor, minimalist furniture sets get the space full of bi-color scene of spotless white and bright red properties. Modest red sofa mates with the thin glass table stands in the sitting room space. Next to the sitting room, red theme background blocks the modern kitchen scene. Stools and the bar are also in the same style scene. Those are some snap shoot inside the modern architecture design house of this beach building.
